CA rigs are suitable for the drilling of domestic, agricultural, and industrial water wells, as well as for the rehabilitation, reconstruction, and deepening of existing wells. Thanks to their highly versatile design, CA series rigs can operate with all the most common drilling methods, adapting effectively to varying hole diameters, drilling depths, and ground conditions. This flexibility makes the CA line a comprehensive solution for water well drilling professionals.
FLEXIBLE DESIGN
The flexible design, based on the use of highly efficient hydraulics allows for the multiple set-ups of each rig to meet specific application needs, soil features and operating conditions. The use of a comprehensive range of multi-purpose rotary heads and the vast choice of on-board accessories available ensures that CA line rigs can adapt to virtually any rotary drilling application (with either direct or reverse circulation) as well as rotary percussion drilling techniques (for example with DTH hammer), in all geological formations.
PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION
Each CA line drill rig is designed and built to optimize performance: each set-up incorporates the ability to perform multiple drilling types from the same rig. This operational flexibility results in reduced unproductive time and lower total cost of ownership.
SAFETY AND RELIABILITY
The fundamental aspect of the design and construction of all the CA models is the robustness and strength of the components, which guarantees stability, reliability, durability and allows for high performance, affordable maintenance and continued operation under the most punishing conditions. All CA rigs are designed to comply with the EN 16228 safety standard.
USER FRIENDLINESS
The CA line machines are designed to be uncomplicated and user- friendly, thanks to an ergonomic and intuitive swingout control panel, which allows the operator to work at a safe distance from the rig while providing an optimal view of the borehole and the work area. Radio control is available for certain models on request. The development of rod handling systems has allowed mechanizing and automating, partly or completely, rod-handling processes, eliminating the hazards associated with manual handling and increasing productivity levels.
