LONG REACH DRILL RIGS
Our “long reach” drilling rigs are characterized by an articulated mast system based on excavator-type booms, enabling an extended working radius and accurate positioning of the mast over a wide operating area.
This configuration allows the machine to perform drilling operations above or below the installation level, even on job sites with unconventional terrain conditions. Typical working environments include embankments, steep slopes, road edges, high excavation fronts, and port or dock structures. In such challenging situations, the articulated system of our long reach drilling rigs ensures efficient movements, optimized operation, and improved operator safety. All our long reach drilling rigs are equipped with an all-in-one radio remote control system, allowing the operator to work at a safe distance and move freely around the site, selecting the best position for observation and operation. Long reach drilling rigs are suitable for a wide range of foundation and ground improvement applications, including soil nailing, anchors, and micropiles, using rotary and/or rotary-percussion drilling systems.
