GEO 601 W

The GEO 601W is a specialized version of the GEO 601, developed specifically to support percussion core drilling with Düsterloh system.

The core of this technique is the use of a pneumatically driven percussion hammer, which enables driven core sampling through difficult or mixed ground conditions. To meet the specific requirements of this application, the GEO 601W is configured as a dedicated system, equipped with a tailored package of onboard accessories (including rotary casing table, air compressor, and hose drum) designed to fully support this drilling method in the field. Designed to maximize operational versatility, the GEO 601W platform also supports multiple drilling techniques including coring, rotary drilling, rotary-percussion drilling with DTH and augering. The combination of high hydraulic power, increased retract force and availability of high-torque rotary heads also makes the rig suitable for light to medium water well drilling applications.
