We believe in the value of a close relationship with our customers and in the importance of operator training. When a machine is delivered—either at our premises or on site—one of our specialist technicians supports the customer during commissioning, ensuring a safe and correct start-up and providing clear instructions on operation, safety and maintenance.Each operator is guided through the initial use of the drilling rig with practical, hands-on support, helping them to fully understand the machine and make the most of its performance while ensuring long-term efficiency.We also collaborate with regional and national training centers to deliver courses for the drilling operator’s license. We support these courses with access to our facilities and machinery, and technical support during practical tests, contributing to continuous training that reflects real operational needs in the field.
