CH 18

The CH 18 is a robust and versatile large-diameter piling rig in the 45-ton class, designed to combine high performance with reduced mobilization costs. It can be transported in a single piece with the Kelly bar and rotary head already installed, ensuring fast setup and immediate commissioning once on site.

Available in both WS (Winch System) and CS (Cylinder System) configurations, the CH 18 features a multifunctional rotary head and modular conversion kits managed through the CCS (Comacchio Control System). This advanced setup enables the machine to operate across a wide range of drilling applications, including Kelly drilling with or without casing, CFA (Continuous Flight Auger) piles, FDP (Full Displacement Piles), soil mixing techniques, vibro stone columns, large-diameter DTH drilling, and micropiles using either single or double rotary head systems. To meet specific jobsite constraints, the CH 18 is also available in low-headroom configurations, making it suitable for operations in restricted spaces or environments with limited overhead clearance.
