MC 40
The MC 40 is a high-output hydraulic drilling rig, particularly suited for the installation of large-diameter micropiles and the construction of piles using CFA technology.
The rig is built on a heavy-duty base structure featuring a variable-width undercarriage fitted with a 360° slewing ring, ensuring high stability even in the most demanding applications, including large-diameter down-the-hole (DTH) drilling. The robust pantograph articulation is designed for efficient single-pass operations with a long-stroke mast. Thanks to its flexible design, the MC 40 can be configured not only for traditional micropile applications, but also for the construction of piles using the CFA (Continuous Flight Auger) method or conventional augers, as well as for FDP piles.
