MC 15 TX

The MC 15 TX is a versatile drilling rig specifically engineered for tunnelling and ground consolidation applications.

Based on the proven structure of the MC 15, it features an innovative double slewing ring articulation system that provides exceptional flexibility in mast positioning, making it particularly effective for horizontal and sub-horizontal drilling operations. This advanced kinematic solution allows the rig to perform a wide range of movements and inclinations, enabling efficient execution of key tunnelling activities such as forepoling, radial drilling, jet grouting, and reverse arch consolidation. At the same time, the MC 15 TX can be easily deployed for conventional ground engineering works, including micropiles, anchors, soil nailing, and drainage holes, both upslope and downslope. The rig was developed with particular attention to operational efficiency, with a load-sensing hydraulic system, electronic engine load control, and fan-drive cooling to optimize performance while reducing fuel consumption. An optional Dual Motor system enables operation with an electric motor, making the rig especially suitable for low-emission work in confined environments such as tunnels. Despite its advanced capabilities, the MC 15 TX maintains a compact footprint for easy transport and rapid setup in restricted job sites. The standard radio-control system further enhances safety and ease of operation, allowing full control of the machine from a single remote console.
