MC 9 LR

The MC 9 LR is a versatile hydraulic drilling rig designed for foundation and ground improvement works using rotary and/or rotary-percussion drilling systems.

Its “long reach” mast configuration provides high operational flexibility and makes the MC 9 LR particularly suitable for the installation of self-drilling hollow bar systems, both for anchors and micropiles. The machine is ideal for construction sites with complex geometries, and is frequently used for drilling operations performed below the installation level of the machine—for example, working from a road and drilling downwards on slopes or embankments beneath it. Depending on jobsite requirements, the MC 9 LR can be supplied with different boom and mast configurations and equipped with a wide range of hydraulic drifters. Designed to improve safety and efficiency in operation, the MC 9 LR is equipped as standard with the Comacchio radio remote control system. Depending on jobsite requirements, it can also be fitted with dedicated solutions for the automated handling of self-drilling hollow bars.
