MC 12

The MC 12 is a high-performance, highly versatile hydraulic drilling rig designed for foundation works and ground improvement in construction and ground engineering projects, including slope and excavation support. 

Thanks to its compact dimensions and the wide range of positions and angles made possible by its patented mast articulation system, the MC 12 is suitable for a broad spectrum of applications, including micropiles, anchors, soil nailing, and jet grouting. As an alternative to the front-of-wall articulation system, the MC 12 can be equipped with a 360° front slewing ring, allowing it to perform ground consolidation and waterproofing works in tunnelling projects. A special version with a cylinder mast feeding system and increased retract force is also available, making it also suitable for geotechnical investigations. The modular hydraulic system, powered by a high-performance diesel engine, supports the installation of a wide range of rotary heads, delivering optimal torque and speed based on the specific application. The machine can be fitted with servo-assisted proportional hydraulic controls or the Comacchio radio control system, enabling full remote operation of all machine functions.
