MC 14

The MC 14 is a multi-purpose hydraulic drilling rig designed to deliver high performance while maintaining a compact footprint.

Its powerful engine supports the installation of a wide range of rotary heads and accessories, enabling the machine to cover the full spectrum of drilling technologies.A standout feature of the MC 14 is the availability of dual-head systems, offered in rotary/rotary and rotary/rotary-percussion configurations (with top hammer or DTH), bringing capabilities typically reserved for larger machines. These systems allow for simultaneous drilling and casing, making them ideal for operations in difficult or unstable ground conditions. The increased load capacity and structural robustness required for heavy-duty drilling applications are ensured by a newly developed, patented undercarriage. This design enhances stability and manoeuvrability on uneven or sloping terrain, while keeping the machine’s overall width within 1820 mm. To maximize operator safety, especially on uneven ground, in confined spaces, and when working on slopes, the MC 14 is equipped as a standard with the Comacchio radio remote control system, enabling full control of all tramming, positioning, and drilling functions.
