MC 30

The MC 30 is a high-performance hydraulic drilling rig designed for micropile installation and ground improvement using highly productive techniques such as jet grouting.

The machine features a robust base structure with a variable-width undercarriage and integrated slewing ring, providing enhanced load-carrying capacity, stability, and efficient positioning. Its long-stroke masts are ideally suited for efficient single-pass micropile installation. The rig’s capabilities can be further enhanced with optional automatic rod loaders. In addition to conventional micropile applications, the MC 30 is particularly well suited for ground consolidation works using jet grouting systems, achieving depths of up to 33 meters in a single pass. It can also be configured for the construction of cast-in-situ piles using hollow-stem continuous flight augers (CFA technology).
