MC 20

The MC 20 is a robust and versatile hydraulic drilling rig, combining compact dimensions with high performance.

It is suitable for a wide range of applications, including micropiles, anchors, soil nailing, and other foundation and ground stabilization works. A key feature of the MC 20 is its fully articulated kinematics, allowing the machine to operate across a wide working area and to perform multiple mast positions and angles. Its modular and high-performance hydraulic system allows the installation of a wide range of drilling heads, including hydraulic drifters and dual-head systems, and enables them to operate simultaneously with other accessories, such as water or mud pumps, cranes and rod/casing loaders. This design ensures maximum flexibility and productivity across different drilling applications. The MC 20 is particularly effective for installing anchors/tiebacks to strengthen retaining walls in deep excavation projects, often using simultaneous drilling and casing with dual-head systems. Switching between single-head and double-head configurations is quick and easy, ensuring maximum operational flexibility. To enhance safety and productivity, the MC 20A can be fitted with a duplex carousel, capable of handling up to nine pairs of rods and casings, or a rack-type loader, which can store up to 18 rods on board the rig. For improved stability, safety, and mobility—even under heavy loads or in challenging terrain—the MC 20 is equipped with an undercarriage featuring oscillating tracks, providing excellent traction and adaptability on uneven or sloping ground.
